7K Studio is an AI-powered content studio for YouTube creators and the marketing teams behind them. It takes a creator from “I have a topic” to “the video is live” by chaining research, scriptwriting, thumbnail design, editing and publishing into one guided pipeline. Everything a creator would normally juggle across five tools and a spreadsheet happens in a single dashboard.

The challenge
Publishing consistently on YouTube means running a small production line: research what’s trending, write a script that holds attention, design a thumbnail that earns the click, record, edit, then upload with the right title, tags and timing. Most creators stitch this together from a research tab, a doc, Figma, an editor and YouTube Studio — and lose hours to the handoffs between them. The work that actually grows a channel gets crowded out by the work of shuffling files.
What we built
We built 7K Studio as an end-to-end pipeline where each stage feeds the next automatically, with the creator approving rather than assembling. A creator enters a topic and the system researches current demand, drafts a structured script, generates thumbnail concepts in the channel’s own visual style, and prepares the YouTube listing. A built-in video editor and teleprompter cover recording and assembly, and finished videos publish or schedule straight to YouTube. Analytics and a competitor watchlist close the loop by feeding real performance back into the next idea.

A true multi-agent pipeline, not a chatbot
Independent agents for trend research, scriptwriting and thumbnail design run in sequence in the background, each writing its results to the database and handing off to the next — so a creator can close the tab and come back to finished work.
Human approval built into the automation
The pipeline deliberately stops for review before thumbnails are generated, keeping the creator in control of the expensive, taste-driven decisions while the machine handles the grind.
Brand-consistent image generation
Reference images and subject photos are fed into image-to-image generation, so thumbnail concepts carry the channel’s real look and the creator’s actual face — not generic AI art.
Server-side video rendering
Editor timelines are rendered to finished MP4s on the server, so exports don’t depend on the creator’s laptop.
Graceful AI fallbacks
Image generation falls through multiple providers and degrades cleanly if none are configured — the pipeline keeps moving rather than failing outright.
