Vibe Accelerate

Turn a rough product idea into a complete, AI-ready build plan — and hand it straight to your coding agent.

Vibe Accelerate is an AI-powered planning platform for teams who build software with AI coding tools. It walks you from a one-line idea to a full product specification — users, features, data models, screens, design system and an implementation plan — then feeds that spec directly into the AI agent in your code editor. It’s built for founders, product teams and agencies who want AI to build the right thing the first time.

The challenge

AI coding tools are fast, but they’re only as good as the brief they’re given. Teams jump straight into building with a vague idea, and the AI fills the gaps with guesses — wrong data models, missing screens, inconsistent design, features nobody asked for. The result is days of rework, or a prototype that has to be thrown away. Writing a proper specification first is the fix, but doing it by hand is slow, unfamiliar work that most teams skip. And even a good spec loses its value the moment it’s stuck in a document the AI can’t read.

What we built

We built an end-to-end platform that makes the planning stage as fast as the building stage. A guided nine-step workspace, with an AI assistant alongside every step, takes a project from a plain-English description to a complete specification — and the AI can draft the whole first pass for you. From there the platform generates a design system, real page designs, an implementation roadmap and a matching starter codebase. The finished plan then connects live to the user’s code editor, so their AI agent reads the spec, pulls the code, and ticks off tasks as it builds.

Key features

  • Describe it once, get a first draft of everything

The AI turns a short project description into personas, features, data models, screens and a recommended tech stack — ready to review and refine rather than write from scratch.

  • A guided workspace, not a blank page

Nine clear steps take you from the core problem through to a final, exportable specification, with an AI assistant that knows your project at every stage.

  • Design without a designer

A guided wizard produces a complete design system — colours, typography, spacing, motion — exported as real code your developers or AI can use immediately.

  • Real page designs on an infinite canvas

Generate actual, branded screens for your app on a Figma-style board, then export them as working React pages that already match your design system.

  • Start from working code, not an empty folder

The AI recommends a production-ready starter codebase that fits your project, then pre-applies your branding to it.

  • Plugs straight into your AI code editor

A one-line setup connects tools like Cursor and Claude Code to your live plan — the agent reads the spec, pulls the designs and code, and marks tasks complete as it builds.

  • See the whole product at a glance

An interactive mindmap and entity-relationship diagram show how every feature, screen and data model connects — with notes and to-dos attached where they matter.

  • Built for teams

Shared workspaces, email invites, roles and permissions, a shared credit balance, and per-member usage reporting.

  • Pay for what you use

Credit-based billing with subscription plans, one-time top-ups, self-serve subscription management and live balance updates.

  • Bring your own AI account

Selected users can run the platform on their own Anthropic key instead of platform credits.

Engineering highlights

  • The plan talks to the code editor

Rather than exporting a document and hoping it gets read, the platform exposes around thirty live tools to the user’s AI agent over the Model Context Protocol — so the agent reads the spec, pulls the starter code and designs, and writes progress back. The plan stays true to what’s actually been built.

  • Billing that can’t lose money or double-charge

Every AI operation reserves credit before it runs and settles on real usage afterwards, rolling back automatically on failure. Credits are drawn from grants in priority order, failed payment events land in a dead-letter queue for replay instead of vanishing, and velocity limits cap runaway spend.

  • One design system, applied everywhere automatically

The colours and typography chosen in the wizard flow through to the generated page designs, the exported React components and the recommended starter codebase — so the branding is consistent across every artefact without anyone re-applying it by hand.

  • AI output that gets marked and improved

Generated specifications are scored for quality with a confidence rating, and can be sent back for a targeted improvement pass — and export is blocked until the plan is genuinely complete enough to build from.
